A competition entry for Design Studio II, in Architecture -- Creating an intervention at the Troy, NY waterfront that would create a forced interaction between water and land, as well as an intervention that would attract people there.

Simple concept explanation: A water feature that has an auditory and visual component. The auditory component is the sound of a wavefront crashing (as if on the beach), and the visual component is the linear representation of that wavefront using jets of water that is also the sound source. There would then be areas in which people could sit and observe/listen.
